How to Place an Order

Canadian Flower Delivery is committed to delivering quality flowers, plants and gifts for all occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries as well as the popular holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas. Our fantastic network of florists use only the freshest flowers available for every handmade bouquets and arrangements listed on our site. This means that you can select and send flowers with complete confidence in the quality that will be delivered to your recipient’s door. And, because every arrangement can be personally delivered, we can safely offer same-day delivery on all floral orders.

Ordering Flowers in Canada is Easy!


We have designed our website so that ordering flowers, plants or gifts is quick and easy to do. Just follow the steps listed below, and you are on your way to ordering a quality gift from Canadian Flower Delivery!

1. Find your gift


At Canadian Flower Delivery, you can shop from a variety of categories: Occasions (Birthday, Anniversary, Sympathy, etc.), Holidays (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Thankgiving etc.) Products (Flowers, Roses, Gourmet Gifts, Plants), Price, Colour, Flower Type or you can simply use our Search function, using a specific keyword or item number.

2. Selection and Preferences


Once you have found what you were looking for, click on either the item name or image. You will then see the Product Information page, and this is where you can customize your gift. You have options like sending a gift as selected or upgrading to a deluxe or premium arrangement, or you can include an additional little extra to go along with it, like a box of chocolates or a teddy bear.

Once you have the gift arranged exactly as you want it, simply click ‘Add To Cart’. This means that your selected and customized item is added to your own personal shopping cart, awaiting check-out. You can then either continue shopping by clicking Return to Shopping, or you can proceed directly to Check-out.

3. Checking Out


When you are ready to check out, just click on the Continue button or shopping cart icon at the top of the page, and select Checkout. You will then be transferred to our secure purchasing site, and will be required to log in, if you have already registered with us. If not, click on the Continue button, and you will be given the opportunity to create your account.

Once you have either logged in or created your new account, you are now ready to proceed to the Delivery and Billing Information page.

4. Delivery Information


At this point, you will be asked to enter the delivery information for the recipient of your gift. This information insures that your gift will be created professionally by a local florist in the same area as your recipient. If you have a preference as to which florist creates your gift, this is the time to choose them, or you can always allow us to choose the florist for you. This is where you can also create a personalized card to be sent along with your gift, to let them know just how much you care.

5. Billing Information


Once the delivery information has been entered and submitted, you will be directed to enter your billing information. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover. This is a 100% secure site, so please be assured that any credit card information that you enter is safe and protected. For more information, please see our Security and Privacy Policy.

6. Review Your Order


Please take a moment to review your purchases, payment information, and shipping costs and taxes. At this point, your order has been entered into our system, but has not been sent along to the florist as yet. Once you have reviewed your order to your satisfaction, please click on the Submit Order button found at the bottom of the screen. Once you submit, your order will be sent to the designated florist in your recipient’s area.

7. Confirmation and Receipt


Canadian Flower Delivery will send a written confirmation of your order to the email address you provided when you created your account immediately after submission. It will also appear in your browser before you leave our site, so that you have two ways to print a receipt for your records: immediately from your browser window, or from the email order confirmation. We recommend that you print and save it for future reference, if necessary.

Order Changes or Cancellations


All orders received through our website are processed immediately, especially those designated for same-day delivery. Because of this, we cannot always immediately cancel or change orders that are already in process. Should you need to change or cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-606-1338 and we will do what we can to intercept your order before it is delivered.

Sales Tax


Provincial and Federal authorities have mandated that any sales tax charged be determined based on the location the item is sent to, not on the region it was sent from. You do have an opportunity to review the applicable sales tax charged on your order before submitting the order for processing.
